Samantha works alongside you from the initial concept and layout planning through procurement and construction, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered from start to finish.​

 

Behind the scenes — and often on site — her husband, Devan Knoll, plays a trusted role as confidant and hands-on support, bringing strength and steadiness to the building process. Together, they blend creative vision with practical execution, offering a seamless and collaborative experience.
